Whaleback Mountain is known for our family-friendly affordable skiing & riding that is always a top priority, as are programs such as after-school groups, learning programs and adult race league. We work hard to constantly make improvements to trails, lighting and snowmaking and much more.

As a nonprofit, community based area, fundraising is key part of our mission for the long-term success of Whaleback. The non-profit model is working at other local mountains, from Cochran’s in VT to Mt. Spokane in WA.
