The resort operates 13 lifts, including two gondolas (Needles Express and Strawberry Express), one tram (Allen Peak Tram), and a mix of high-speed six-packs, quads, and triple chairlifts, ensuring quick and efficient access to various terrains.

Summer activities includes 26 miles of trails accessible for hiking and mountain biking, with the Needles Gondola operating on weekends to provide easy access to higher elevations. An 18-hole mini-golf course set against the picturesque mountain backdrop offers fun for all ages.
